OUR GOAL
The goal of the Workforce and
Economic Development Division of West Virginia State Community
and Technical College is to be the primary mechanism for
workforce training initiatives in Clay, Kanawha and Putnam
Counties.

employees' skills and organization's effectiveness.

technical training and partners with United States Dept. of
Labor's approved apprenticeship programs to help individuals
take advantage of new career opportunities in technically
skilled fields that can lead to an Associate Degree.

customized credit and non-credit training for
business and industry.
The college provides
non-credit continuing education
programs fro lifelong learning.
